Equity

The purpose of the GHMS Equity Team is to disrupt discriminatory systems so that all students, regardless of race, class, or other personal characteristics, receive educational services and support that result in  academic, personal, and social achievement.  The Equity Team will lead in the work to:

• cultivate a safe and healthy school climate
• promote an inclusive school culture
• foster leadership development
• encourage authentic conversations about equity and social justice.
